Structured delivery, designed for scrutiny
Our work is delivered in regulated, approval-heavy environments where accuracy, control and judgement matter.
We use a structured delivery approach, refined through hundreds of complex reporting and corporate communications projects. It’s designed to give clients clarity, control and confidence at every stage without unnecessary process.
Our delivery model (at a glance)
Every engagement is tailored to the client's needs, but follows a consistent framework designed for scrutiny. We:
-
align early on scope, governance and decision ownership;
-
agree structure and direction before production begins;
-
embed review and approval throughout delivery; and
-
maintain tight version control from start to finish.
This ensures communications move cleanly through scrutiny, review and sign off.
How projects run
01
Plan and align
We establish scope, timelines, approval routes and risks upfront so work proceeds with shared understanding.
02
Set structure and direction
Content structure, narrative logic and design principles are agreed early to provide a stable framework for delivery.
03
Build and develop
Projects are developed within an approved structure, with staged reviews aligned to adviser, audit and reporting cycles.
04
Review and approve
Quality assurance and approval are embedded throughout, with clear ownership and full audit trails.
05
Deliver and review
Final outputs are released in a controlled way, followed by a review to inform future cycles.
Our delivery infrastructure
Our workflow infrastructure has been refined to deliver control, clarity and confidence at every stage.
-
Secure client portal – enterprise-level project setup, scheduling and version tracking;
-
Client content control – live editing via Self-edit within the working file;
-
Dynamic content linking – structured Adobe and Microsoft integration for text and data accuracy;
-
Content extraction and reuse – flexible InDesign ↔ Word workflows;
-
Blackline proofs – clear, auditable revision history; and
-
Collaborative amendments – client feedback flows directly into our Studio workflow.
This infrastructure operates within recognised standards for quality, security and data protection.
Infrastructure designed for accuracy, security and control. Supporting secure, auditable delivery in regulated environments.
Self-edit: control without friction
Self-edit is our secure, live editing environment, custom-built and refined since 2010 to support regulated reporting and complex communications.
It’s designed to solve a specific problem: loss of momentum and control during critical review and approval phases.
Self-edit gives teams direct, secure access to the live working file – without software installation, font licensing issues or offline versions. It provides a single source of truth throughout delivery.
In practice, this means:
-
zero-install access from any device;
-
one live working file for all users;
-
built-in approval trails and version control;
-
security aligned with recognised information-security standards;
-
24/7 availability during peak reporting periods; and
-
production-grade output used by our internal Studio.
Teams can make direct text edits to maintain pace, while design and formatting requests flow directly to our Studio and appear in the live file. Structured onboarding and milestone support ensure teams are confident from day one.
Governance, security and sustainability in delivery
Our delivery approach operates within recognised industry standards for quality management, information security and governance.
We maintain robust cybersecurity, data protection and testing practices appropriate for sensitive and regulated client work. Environmental considerations are embedded into our production processes, including responsible sourcing and environmentally conscious print production.
These systems give clients confidence in a transparent, secure and accountable delivery process.
Clear roles and accountability
Every engagement has clear ownership, typically:
-
a dedicated Project Manager co-ordinates delivery;
-
senior consultancy and design leads provide judgement; and
-
lead production specialists are accountable for execution.
This clarity supports efficient collaboration and confident decision making.
Why this works
Our way of working is designed to:
-
support governance and approval requirements;
-
maintain accuracy under scrutiny;
-
reduce risk across complex projects; and
-
provide confidence across reporting cycles.
It reflects how we work in practice: structured, disciplined and calm under pressure.
